Sheila understands the process for regaining health, the scan and the remedies she handles are very good. Also, just as important to me, Sheila's disposition, humility and personal qualities make the whole process a lot easier and I feel in good hands. All this remotely!
Silvia Madrid on Remote Scans
It's been a while since I went to your clinic and thank God I am back to work and, two years on, making a good recovery. One thing that seemed to go particularly well was the coriander 'pesto' which you prescribed."

Sheila's screening and advice has been invaluable in assisting my overcoming Rheumatoid Arthritis. With her help, over the last 3 years, my health has gone from really bad to pretty good, without having to resort to drugs at all. Parasites are very easily picked up. The variety that our bodies will play host to are numerous and the signs and symptoms are just as varied. Once established, you, as the host, will feed them before you get the essential nutrients that you need.
As you become under-nourished, the immune system is weakened and you can become prone to viral infections – fungus or bacteria. You have less resistance to disease and your elimination process is reduced, you store the chemicals, heavy metals, pesticides that you are in daily contact with.
Parasites are no respecters of age and can exacerbate any underlying issues. Some of the symptoms are joint aches, muscle pain, bloating, tiredness, allergies, asthma, wind, digestive problems, fuzzy head increased appetite or even no symptoms whatsoever. Many diseases and conditions such as arthritis may have a parasite link.
Children
Children are very susceptible to picking up worms etc. They may complain of an itchy bottom, skin rash or loose bowels. If they always have a finger up their nose there is a good chance they will feed themselves a parasite.
Prevention
The first things to consider…
Wash all fruits and vegetables well. Take out any rotted split or pitted parts and watch for the core in apples etc., little worms love them.
One way to clean fruits and vegetables is to Wash in ozonated water, hydrogen peroxide (1 teaspoon per gallon of water), or bleach (add 1/2 teaspoon to each gallon and soak for 10 minutes) will kill parasites. Rinse well after to remove bleach residue.
Do not eat raw meat or fish (including sushi). Pork can be particularly risky especially during the summer. Spray with hydrogen peroxide or wash in ozonated water before cooking.
Kitchen hygiene is important which is not always in your control if you eat out. Rather than over using anti-microbial cleaning products (that can have their own issues) consider steam cleaning, micro fibre cloths – different colours for different jobs, i.e. a red one for bathrooms, blue for floors etc., and boiling water for utensils.
Personal hygiene, regular hand washing, and scrub under your nails every few days because they are a great place for eggs to thrive. Don’t share toothbrushes. Wear shoes/ sandals whilst in the garden or on the beach.
Make sure your source of water is clean and if camping don’t be tempted by stream or river water.
Treatment
Parasites can be the first form of attack on the body and will thrive, as most diseases and fungus do, on sugars and an acid environment. Cut out all refined sugars sodas and alcohol. Foods that lower acidity include cucumbers, celery, apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice.
Remedies
There are many commercially available remedies; each will provide you with a time scale guidance. Following a cleanse is one of the few times I recommend a colonic treatment, but doing so is now essential.
Home suggestions include:
Pumpkin seeds and onions mixed with soy milk for worms.
Milkweed, pennyroyal and black walnut for blood fluke.
Liver fluke are cloves, goldenrod and goldenseal root.
Bitter melon is against pinworm.
Fasting on raw pineapples for three days helps with tapeworm infestation.
Doctors may use stool analysis to identify the presence of parasites, this will only produce results if you are eliminating them! Not if they are thriving well in your body!
